IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The website has been acquired from 20th January 2022 and we are unable to access any bookings made prior to 1st October 2021 due to GDPR. We have no information on any transactions prior to this date so cannot assist.

If your booking is made from this date, please include your order reference and we will assist within 72 hours.

I have booked Disney passes - how do I link to the Disney App?

Your reference on the top of the Disney confirmation will contain a long number which is linked to the Disney App to allow you to book your experiences. You can then use Magic Bands or collect tickets at the park.

Are the passes actual tickets?

We only sell e-tickets in order to streamline the customer experience and expedite the delivery of tickets. The Disney passes can be linked to your My Disney Experience account to pre-book experiences. The Universal Resort Orlando vouchers will contain a voucher number which is used to gain entry at the self service kiosk.

Can I pay a deposit?

We can accept a deposit to secure the Deposit price as per the product. This is available at £10 per person. If this information is not present on the product we cannot accept a deposit due to the promotional nature of the product.

When will we receive our tickets?

Tickets are loaded to your online account within 48 business hours from when the booking is made.

I am traveling in less than 18 days, can I still buy tickets from you?

Yes - we issue tickets as vouchers will collection at the park for travel within 18 days. Simply present the voucher to the Guest Services Desk together with a form of ID to collect the passes.
