We have an update regarding the Coronavirus outbreak.

Reopening dates are as follow:
- Universal Resort Orlando - 5th June 2020
- SeaWorld Parks - 11th June 2020
- Walt Disney World - 11th July 2020

Customers whom have received tickets can move travel dates to any in 2020 or 2021 without charge. Universal and Seaworld passes are now valid until end of 2022 and Disney passes can be upgraded with the difference in price payable.

Clients affected can move tickets (Universal/Seaworld) to any date in 2021 or 2022. Guests seeking to use Universa/Seaworld in 2021/2022 do not need to do anything as tickets are now open for use. Tickets have a cash value and credit can be used towards the purchase of future travel beyond 2021. This is done directly at the park by paying the difference in value (if any).

What do I need to do?
A) I have changed my dates of travel to 2021/2022 - if you have booked Disney the tickets are now valid until 30 Sep 2021, Universal up to 13th January 2023 and Seaworld passes 31 December 2022. Disney tickets can be upgraded to 2022.
B) I can't travel - contact us to arrange an insurance document for your tickets. We require policy number, lead name, order number and insurance company.

As the parks are open, our standard terms and conditions apply and no refunds are possible.

Customers seeking to cancel can claim on insurance and we can provide the required documentation to facilitate this within 4 weeks of submission. Details can be submitted on this form
