We have an update regarding the Coronavirus outbreak.

As of 15th March 2020, Walt Disney World, Universal Resort Orlando and Seaworld Entertainments parks are closed through until further notice. Customers affected for travel through this time can move travel dates to any in 2020 or 2021 without charge. We can provide a credit for future travel only (must be for same parks) or clients can claim on insurance using documentation provided.

Clients affected by the FCO travel advisory and travel ban can move tickets to any date in 2020 or 2021. Guests seeking to use in 2020/2021 do not need to do anything as tickets are now open for use.
